The other big anouncement today was the introduction of the "Apple Mac Mini". As you can see, it’s got a slot-loading combo
drive (DVD/CD-R), DVI & VGA, Ethernet, USB 2.0, Firewire, audio out (but no audio in!), and is 6
x 6 x 2.5-inches. It will be sold for $499 with a 1.25GHz G4 processor and 40GB hard drive, with a faster version for $599, and
should be in stores Jan 22nd.
Apple showed theyr new iPod generation today at the "MacWorld" in San Francisco. The device is called iPod shuffle and will come in 512MB and 1GB sizes (for $99 and $149, respectively), it can also act as a
USB 2.0 mass-storage device. It will have no display as you can see , weighs less than
one ounce, and is shipping now. HOORAY!
Why shouldn't he? ... But still, it's a weapon of mass destruction. Says Bill Gates! ;).
Jep, this is maybe the worst "iPod-fake" ever. An AM/FM tuner called iZone. But hei, Apple knows how to sue people, don't they.
