New concept phone by PDD
The British design company PDD showed some piczures of a new 3G Phone called "Helix". One of the most interresting things about this handset is it's form factor. It is neither a clamshell nor a candybar phone. Still you are able to rotate the screen 180°.

Ian Heseltine, a manager from PDD, says, should the design of the model be approved, we'll see the phone equipped with 20 GB HDD (at least) to store photos and MP3 files, an OLED screen and a 5-Mpx digital still camera. This concept should be not just a cell phone, but also a full value multimedia device. Under the tentative data if the design by PDD be approved, the phone may appear in the late 2006- early 2007.
