Motorola RAZR V3 is going 3G?

Motorola RAZR 3G V1150

The latest rumors suppose that the Motorola RAZR V3 is soon going 3G and will be calledV1150. Though it’s entirely unconfirmed it looks like it will be using WCDMA (UMTS) and tri-band GSM/GPRS.
It’s supposed to feature a 2.2-inch QVGA 260k color screen, an external 1-inch 96 x 80
color display, a 2-megapixel camera, 64MB flash and a memory slot (transflash or miniSD), SyncML support, AAC, MPEG-4, WMV, WMA, MP3 and Real media playback, and the same Bluetooth and USB connectivity.
The sources are claiminig it will be almost identical in dimensions—just thicker (0.77-inches to the V3’s 0.54)
